Being made of paper, original battery inspection decals in good condition are difficult to find. Even this example (below) from a pristine 21,000 mile, all original 1971 Mach 1 is unreadable:

The information that was included on each decal was hydrometer reading, the date of the inspection (most commonly the date the car was completed on) and the inspector identification mark of some kind.  Like most of the other inspector marks we find on our cars, the style, type and size of marks differed from one plant to another and sometimes, even year to year.
