Thiago Muneratto's Brazilian Mach 1 My family always had motorcycles as the "main" hobby but after an accident that took my brother's life we decided that it was time to change...and with more than 30 years as a Ford employee my father would never approve anything that was not true Ford muscle, so he got a Cougar and I got the Mach 1, my first car ever... The car was in Rio de Janeiro and it was part of a vintage automobile collection and the guy was just keeping the car as a future project, so we drove all the way to close the deal. That was in 2003 and I was able to drive it for a while until I decided to restore it. On Christmas Eve, my father and I started to disassemble the Mach. That's when I was really lucky to find the Megasite, this awesome amount of knowledge and nice people together, so I was able to do things right from the beginning...special thanks to John Blair, Rich Pajzer and Jimmy Bennick - without you guys I would never come up with this result from down here. Finally in 2009 the Mach returned to life - still some paint job and polishing to be done after installing the side and rear stripes, soon I hope to send more nice pics of the car.
